One of my favorite books in the Bible is Proverbs. It is commonly referred to as the book of wisdom.
Proverbs 1:3 says: The purpose of these proverbs is to teach people to live disciplined and successful lives.
Right at the outset of this book, we learn that discipline and success are linked together. This is true in every facet of life…including finances. And notice the order they are listed. Discipline is listed before success. This is no accident.
Applying truths from Proverbs help one to build discipline, resulting in success. For the sake of this blog, I will feature a financial truth from Proverbs each week.
