Excellent list to help us take inventory of ourselves and plan the new year.
The longest that my husband and I have been in debt in 25 years of marriage is 30 days (we pay off all bills at the end of the month or before they’re due).
This financial freedom has protected us when we’ve had many chronic health problems in our family, that probably would have devesatated many families. While being completely debt free is wonderful and is a credit to God’s mercy, kindness and miraculous intervention, we still have other areas to grow in. Pride and self-serving easily creeps in.

Thanks so much for your bold ministry. I’ve heard you three times in the Wichita ks area, and hope to hear your teaching and your living example again.

I must say I have never read the book of Haggai. What was stated is so-o-o-o factual. We have to stop being phoney and face reality. We don’t live to keep up with the Jones’s – that’s world thinking. I am adjusting my wardrobe for climate while keeping beauty in the clothes. My parents & aunts all sewed their clothes out of necessity. I too sew out of necessity which turns out to be a plus. Instead of having to spend mucho money on tall size clothes, I spend little money on fabric and lots of time on creativity, achieving a great look and fit without the cost. Wish San Antonio could have received that much snow. Next time!
